Music of the day : "Thieves" by Bad Cardigan.

Ladies and Gents, today I would like to recommend you a great song "Thieves" by Bad Cardigan. And I'm pretty sure you will like it the same (or even more) as I. Ready to listen to something really cool? Hope so.

Bad Cardigan is an acoustic duo from Lancashire [UK] and formed in September 2011 by Jack Anwyl and Tom Randall. Jack and Tom are writing own songs, and also both sing and play guitar. Their music mix of acoustic and indie, with nice and harmonious music and excellent lyrics. Amongst their inspiration we can find, f.e.: The Arctic Monkeys, City & Colour, John Frusciante, The Kinks, The Doors, Bon Iver, Alex Turner.

     At first, I have to say one thing: Jack Anwyl. Tom Randall. Bad Cardigan - remember these names. Names of two talented guys from UK and the name of their band, because they will give us the real music and who knows, maybe they will change the music. But I'm sure that it you'll hear about them soon, and not only once.

     I'm always, really always, curious about their new songs and the same was this time. When I saw their post with news about the new song I knew I have to check it as soon as possible and you know what - I was and still I am in shock. But positive shock of course.

    Why these two guys have to be such a perfect and do so damn good music? I really don't know. But I know one thing - I love their music. The same is with "Thieves".

    "Thieves" is a song where you can everything what's the best - power, great sounds, super lyrics, perfect voices and mix of fast and even slow music [but only for a moment]. Everything of these things make this song so great and the next perfect track by them.
In my opinion, this song is for everyone and that's really great. You can listen to this song when you're sad or happy, by day or at night - it's really not important because every time when you put play and you hear these sounds you want more and more.

   Be honest, I'm waiting for more cool music by these two talented guys.

   So, Ladies and Gents, this is it, "Thieves" by one and only Bad Cardigan. And remember, if you like this song, show them some love and share this song with your friends and/or with other people. Tell the World about this great song and of course about Jack, Tom and of course about Bad Cardigan.

Darren Campbell

Yes, Darren Campbell has a new song Out of Reach. As for me is really amazing and the same good as previous, maybe even better. I think you really have to listen to it and just feel real music.

Regrettably, the gig we had planned for 28th November at Bakers Vaults, has had to be postponed for some reason. All being well it should be re-scheduled for 2014.

I'm looking for some new date of their shows and of course I'll put them here, as soon as possible.

Other news

This time the other news will be about concerts in Poland next year. As we all know, tour organizers and promoters wants to "kill" fans of music, especially at the end year ;) and this time is the same.

I think that next year will be the same great as this one because of last cocnerts which were announced. And what we have there, on the list? Only the best, I could say.

As for me the best information was, and still is, concert by NIN on June 10 2014 in Katowice [Poland]. Also the rest of dates and places looks very interesting:

The second good news is concert by Aerosmith on June 12 2014 in Łódź [Poland]. Badly that it will be during Impact Festival 2014, but what can we do...?

Anyway, at Impact Festival 2014, on June 11 2014, will appear Black Sabbath - nice surprise, right?

So if you want to see both (or one of these bands) come to Łódź and enjoy your time at
Impact Festival 2014.

The next cool news is about Soundgarden and their show in Poland next year. Of course they will play at festival (again!) but it will be their first show in Poland. You will be able to see them on June 27 2014 at Oświęcim Frstival 2014.

And as everyone are saying, this is the beginning of concerts news, so I think we should wait a bit, save our money and then choose where to go to enjoy music and freat time.

Today, I would like to tell you some news. Maybe you heard yet some of them, or maybe not... so let's start!

Bad Cardigan

They will have some concerts in November and I think it's really worthwhile to be there. As I wrote a few times ago, they're very good and their music is great. If you will have some free time - go and be with them during their show[s].

Thirty Seconds To Mars

Thirty Seconds To Mars showed their fans the new music video to song City Of Angels, where you can see: Alan Cumming, Ashley Olsen, Corey Feldman, James Franco, Juliette Lewis, Kanye West, Lily Collins, Lindsay Lohan, Olivia Wilde, Selena Gomez, Shaun White, Steve Nash and Zoey Deutch.
In my opinion this video is cool, but a bit too long.

NEWS from The Shrugs and Bad Cardigan

Today I have some news form two great bands - The Shrugs and Bad Cardigan
So, are you ready?

Do you remember cool band The Shrugs, about who I wrote some time ago [X] ? I hope so. Yesterday Jamie and Ollie wrote amazing news on their page [X] about their music future and...new album!

We played a very enjoyable gig last night at Upstairs at The Emporium in Hanwell and are really pleased to say that we are now with new London-based record label 'FOOF Records'! If all goes according to plan, we will be releasing our upcoming full-length album 'Diversions' with them by the end of January (available to buy on CD or download for free via FOOF's very own website). Thanks to everyone who came along last night, and thanks to everyone who has popped along to one of our gigs in Scotland or listened to The Shrugs' music online. Hopefully this is just the start!

As for me that's really awesome because they're very talented and they just are deserving it. Personally I can't wait to buy their album and then listen it and share their music with other people. So who will buy their album too?

Anyway, I hope that more people will like their music because it's worthwhile.

Music of the day : Bad Cardigan

Ladies and Gents, today I would like to present you great songs by cool band Bad Cardigan.
Bad Cardigan is the third band/artist who is playing acoustic music, who I recommend you on my blog and I hope, no I'm sure, you'll like the same as previous two.

Bad Cardigan is an acoustic duo from Lancashire [UK] and formed in September 2011 by Jack Anwyl and Tom Randall. Jack and Tom are writing own songs, what's really great, and also both sing and play guitar. Their music mix of acoustic and indie, with nice and harmonious music and excellent lyrics - sounds perfect, isn't it?
On their list of the inspiration you can find: The Arctic Monkeys, City & Colour, John Frusciante, The Kinks, The Doors, Bon Iver, Alex Turner.

Since 2011 band played in the region of 80 gigs in a host of venues like acoustic gigs [f.e. festivals, small shows in the pubs] and also as a support. Yes, Bad Cardigan supported The Levellers in 2012.

Trust me, when you are listening to their songs, you are just enjoying every second of pure music and emotions, and you just don't want their end. I could tell you a million words to explain 'why they are so good' but I think you should listen to their music, feel it, feel every sounds there and then you'll exactly know why I chose them to recommend you :)

But to be honest, I chose them because their music is real and just awesome. They're very talented and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for their future.
