Artist of the day : Jade Novah.

      Jade Novah - beautiful and very talented woman with heavenly voice... Yes, this is Ms Jade. And that's why today I want to recommend you the music by her. I'm pretty sure that you will fall in love with her voice and of course with her music.

Jade Novah is a singer, songwriter and actress, who sings covers and also own songs. She has one EP Shades Of Jade [2012]. You can find her last single, "Show Out" here.

    At first I have to ask you one thing - who heard this name or any song by her, or better, who knows Jade Novah?
  I'm pretty sure, that maybe there will be a few [only a few] people who can say "I did" or "I know". That's badly because she's just like her music - incredibly perfect.

     The first time I heard about her someting like two years ago and it was her version of "Diamonds" by Rihanna and...I just fell in love with her and her voice. Then was "It will rain" by Bruno Mars, "Someone like you" / "Set fire to the rain" by Adele and "Sticks and Stones".
 And since then, every time when I listened something new [or something older] I knew one thing -  that she's an amazing singer.
   I can say only one thing: I haven't heard such a wonderful voice like her yet!  Trust me. In every song by her you can see from the first seconds how talented she is.

     Probably you are thinking now "sure, but she just another singer, so who she's so special?". Because of a few reasons:
  The first reason, her voice - it's just remarkable! In every song you can hear, or better - feel, real emotions, what's really good.
  The second reason - everything what she's doing in just perfect in every part.
  The third reason is obvious: Jade is just a gorgeous woman. The fourth reason - her own songs, they're just perfect and unique.
Yes, she's unique.
    She has something, some magic, what makes her so perfect - huge talent. In my opinion that's the best.
 

  

    I think that the fact that Jade isn't well-known in many places yet, will change soon, very soon. I hope so. No, I really believe in it and I wish her it. 
I wish her all the best, many many successes and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for her future.

     Ok, I won't write more about  Jade Novah, because you have to listen to her voice, her music to feel this magic about what I'm talking here.

NEWS : Darren Campbell, Adelphia, Aaron Fleming.

     So Ladies and Gents, are you ready for some news from Darren, Aaron and from guys from Adelphia? Hope so. Last month was very busy for these guys, but they came back with some music for you and also with an important words, but later about it.

     I think (and hope) that you remember this nice guy from my previous note. And you know what? He is just like so damn talented busy bee.Why? Because last month he did two epic covers. First one was "Robbers" by The 1975 and the second - "Simple As This" by Jake Bugg. Who knows, maybe this week or next he will do us some great surprise and he will do another cover [or covers]... I really hope so. 
   Anyway, as for me both of these songs are very, very great. Excellcent voice, super performing of these songs, excellent choice with these songs. Great job Aaron!

     After three months he came back with the new music video to his last single, "Home". I know, you can just scream "finally!" but believe me, it was worthwhile to wait. I'm sure that all of you who already know this song [you can read more about this song here] and also these who hear about it for the first time - you all will like it. And song of course too.  I'm just pretty sure of it. In my opinion this video is the next super-great thing made by him.

Artist of the day : Aaron Fleming.

     Today I would like to recommend you the music of this nice man,Aaron Fleming. I'm sure you will become a fan of his music and his voice.
   Are you ready to listen to his music?

   Aaron Fleming is a singer and songwriter and also photographer from Killarney [Ireland]. His music is a great piece of acoustic music with super sounds and of course with an excellent voice.
   Amongst his inspiration we can find, f.e.: Ed Sheeran, Bastille, Orla Gartland, Mumford And Sons, Kodaline, Lewis Watson, Of Monsters And Men, Ben Howard, The Lumineers, Hudson Taylor, Bon Iver, Mike Rosenberg, Bob Dylan, Radical Face and Oasis.

      Why I chose Aaron as today's artist of the day? Maybe it's because of music or lyrics [of his own song] or his voice. Maybe because he's so damn good in everything what he's doing or singing, no matter is it his own song or just a cover. I don't know why, but all I know is that he's very talented. Everything what he's doing it's always like a mix of everything the best.
     The best is the fact that every song sung by him, no matter is it a cover of his own song, is something new, something fresh, epic. Something what you can love and call cool, real music. Maybe this is the reason of this perfection.
     When you are listening to him there's something what makes you happy in some way, something what gives you a piece of good real music. And that's really amazing.
     That's why I can't wait for more music by Aaron. I'm sure it will be something so good like previous songs.

    Yes, I can say only one thing yet - his music [covers and own] it's just perfect.

     Eevry song sung by him sounds like really wonderful, maybe even like heaven.I think that when you will listen to the music you will exactly know how to describe him and his work.

    I'm pretty sure you will fall in love with his voice and his songs and you will find your own world in his music.

Ok, I'm writing and writing only words, but it will be berter if you will listen to these cool songs and then you will be able to judge, is it for you or not. I'm sure that it will be ideal for you, and you will say: damn, I love it!

Anyway, I can't wait for more music by him. And as always, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Aaron because he is very talented and I know that he will surprise us yet.

Song of the day : "Hole In My Soul" by Aerosmith

Today's song of the dayis Hole In My Soul by Aerosmith.

I chose it because as for me this song is a classic, legendary song, just like a band Aerosmith.
Hand up, who thinks the same.

I chose this song today, because it has mix of two "dangerous" things: power and emotions. This song has something inside, not only in music or lyrics, what is staying in your mind. That's really remarkable, because even if you don't hear this song during years, you still remember lyrics, riffs, music and you can sing it at any time. And that's why I call Aerosmith and also all their songs epic and legendary. Also Aerosmith is one of these few band/artists whose songs, music lyrics are something more than two words or about the same theme as million of other songs, and that's just perfect, or maybe even more - that's divine!
Hope that I'm not the only one who thinks like that.


Hole In My Soul is a rock song from album Nine Lives [1997] and it was written by Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, and Desmond Child. This song is a mix of soft rock and pop rock, hard rock, but also it's an emotional ballad. Lyrics shows us a heartbroken man who feels very sad and emotionally damaged and who feels that there's nothing in his life, something like a a void which can't be filled.

Music battle : "Will you still love me tomorrow"

Today  it's time for another music battle. This time will be between original version of Will you still love me tomorrow by The Shirelles and other musicians who decided to make a cover of this song.

Will you still love me tomorrow is a song written by Gerry Goffin and Carole King was recorded by The Shirelles in 1960. In 1961 this song was number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

During all these years, from1960 to today's day, this song is still one of the best songs of all time. Maybe that's why, so many musicians, known and unknown, recorded their own versions ;)

From one side this is very good because this song is still alive and the next generations can get to know it and enjoy an amazing lyrics, but from the other side as we all know that always the best version is first original version...

Music battle : Skinny Love

It's time for...the music battle!

Today's battle is between Bon Iver and their amazing version of Skinny Love and versions performed by other musicians.

Skinny Love is  a song by American indie folk band Bon Iver, from their debut album For Emma, Forever Ago, released in  2008.

Be honest - this song is really wonderful. Not only because of lyrics or music, but because it lets show emotions of person who's singing it. And maybe this is a secret why it has so many covers ;)

You can find many versions of Skinny Love (check it out), more or less known, better and worse and I could to do a few parts like f.e. 'Skinny Love - great versions' but I chose a few, which are really good in my opinion and I hope you will like them as I.

I like when somebody, who is singing a song as a cover, is giving something more, something new, something fresh to that song and is surprising with the performance. That's cool. Ok, ok - this is a cover, only a cover of someone's song, but trust me, it's really great to hear some emotions, something new, soul and talent of performer, not only 'the same things'.
