Album of the day : Jimi Hendrix - People, Hell and Angels

today I would like to present and recommend you incredible album People, Hell and Angels by immortal Jimi Hendrix.

ok, hand up who adores his music. and hand up who couldn't wait to hear the album with all these 'new' songs.and hand up for who his music is something for more than only sounds.

Jimi, as for me and maybe for a few other people (I hope that there's more of such people than only a few in this world), was total musical genius, unique and I know we will never find somebody even similar to him, to his talent. and that's why I was so glad when I heard about plans with the new album with Jimi's music...music never early unpublished.

and boom! here is it - album People, Hell and Angels with 12 songs recorded between March 1968 and August 1970 at: Record Plant Studios, the Sound Centre, the Hit Factory, Fame Studio, Electric Lady Studios.

so what we have there...
songs written and composed by Jimi, but also we've song Bleeding Heart written and  recorded by American blues musician Elmore James and Mojo Man written by Albert Allen and Arthur Allen.
album is full of everything what we really love in Jimi and his music - full of rock and blues.and guitar riffs also.

for me People, Hell and Angels is missing brick in the wall built by the music, is something really rare in today's world of music, something epic. in my opinion this album isn't only for Jimi's fans (or for older people), this album is for everybody who loves REAL and GOOD music, music with soul.

I really regret that Jimi is dead and gone, but I'm glad because of his music. both he and his music will be immortal. Forever.

I know, I could say much more about the whole album and about every song, but my words aren't important to be honest.
only MUSIC is important so let's finish our discussions and let the music become our air, pure air.

close your eyes and just enjoy.
